Offering: naivedya
It highlights auspicious movement toward Himālaya’s abode—symbolically moving toward a sacred, dharmic setting where Śiva–Pārvatī’s divine narrative unfolds—showing that outer preparations and inner joy support righteous, devotion-centered action.
Though the verse is narrative, it frames the devotional environment in which Saguna Śiva’s līlā becomes accessible—approaching a sanctified place and arriving with proper arrangements mirrors how devotees approach Śiva worship with purity, order, and reverence.
The takeaway is devotional readiness: approach worship with a joyful mind (prahṛṣṭātmā) and proper upacāras (paricchada)—such as preparing a clean space, offerings, and (where applicable) japa of the Pañcākṣarī mantra, “Om Namaḥ Śivāya.”
