Lord Shiva
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
It presents bhakti as a steady, grace-bestowed state: even a great deity like Hari is affirmed as perfected through unwavering devotion to Shiva, showing that constancy in devotion is a hallmark of spiritual authority and liberation-oriented life.
The verse emphasizes personal devotion to Shiva (Saguna focus) expressed through reverence and worship; in Kotirudra contexts, this naturally aligns with Jyotirlinga/Linga worship as a concrete, world-sustaining form through which devotion becomes continuous and publicly venerable.
The takeaway is nitya-bhakti (daily devotion): regular Shiva-puja and japa—especially the Panchakshara “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”—so devotion becomes “anapāyinī” (non-departing), supported by simple daily observances like offering water to the Linga.
