Rig Veda 6.62.4Mandala 6, Sukta 62, Mantra 4

Sukta 6.62

Rishi: Bharadvāja Bārhaspatya (traditional attribution for Mandala 6)
Devata: Aśvinau (Nāsatyā), the twin healers and swift bringers of aid; verse also invokes the inner Hotṛ (Agni) as officiant
Chandas: Triṣṭubh (probable for RV 6.62; verify pada-length in critical edition)

ता नव्यसो जरमाणस्य मन्मोप भूषतो युयुजानसप्ती । शुभं पृक्षमिषमूर्जं वहन्ता होता यक्षत्प्रत्नो अध्रुग्युवाना ॥

tā navyàso járamāṇasya mánmópa bhūṣato yuyujāná-saptī | śúbhaṁ pṛ́kṣam íṣam ū́rjaṁ váhantā hótā yákṣat pratnó adhrúg yúvānā ||

Those two ever-renewing powers, adorning the thought of the growing seeker, yoked in their sevenfold working, bear for him the bright increase—impulse and nourishing strength. May the ancient, undeceiving priest within sacrifice to them, while they remain ever-youthful in their divine action.
