नयश्च विनयश्चोभौ यस्मिन्सत्यं च सुस्थितम्।विक्रमश्च यथा दृष्टस्स राजा देशकालवित्।।

Transliteration

nayaś ca vinayaś cobhau yasmin satyaṃ ca susthitam | vikramaś ca yathā dṛṣṭaḥ sa rājā deśakālavit ||

Translation

ព្រះអង្គជាព្រះមហាក្សត្រដែលមានទាំង នយៈ (គោលនយោបាយដ៏ត្រឹមត្រូវ) និង វិនយៈ (វិន័យ និងភាពទន់ភ្លន់) ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងព្រះអង្គ សច្ចៈតាំងមាំមួន ហើយវីរកម្មក៏បង្ហាញច្បាស់—ព្រះអង្គជាអ្នកដឹងកាលៈទេសៈ ត្រឹមត្រូវសម្រាប់ការប្រព្រឹត្ត។
