त्वं हि दृष्टार्थतत्त्वज्ञ: प्रजानां च हिते रतः।कार्यकारणसिद्धौ च प्रसन्ना बुद्धिरव्यया।।

Transliteration

tvaṃ hi dṛṣṭārtha-tattvajñaḥ prajānāṃ ca hite rataḥ | kārya-kāraṇa-siddhau ca prasannā buddhir avyayā ||

Translation

ព្រោះទ្រង់ជាអ្នកឃើញសេចក្តីពិតតាមដែលវាជា និងជាអ្នកដឹងច្បាស់នូវសច្ចៈនៃរឿងរ៉ាវទាំងឡាយ; ទ្រង់ក៏ខិតខំសម្រាប់សុខមាលភាពរបស់ប្រជាជនផងដែរ។ ហើយដោយទ្រង់យល់ច្បាស់ថា អ្វីគួរធ្វើ និងហេតុអ្វីនាំទៅកាន់ផលអ្វី បញ្ញារបស់ទ្រង់ដូច្នេះមានភាពមាំមួន ហើយចិត្តសប្បុរសរបស់ទ្រង់ក៏ស្ងប់ស្ថិត មិនរង្គើ។
