Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It identifies Kāmākṣā as a supreme Devī-tīrtha whose very location and presence are presented as especially effective in Kali-yuga, emphasizing accessible grace and swift spiritual/ritual accomplishment (siddhi) through pilgrimage and worship.
By portraying the Goddess as “siddhi-pradā” in Kali-yuga, the verse supports the Purāṇic theme that sincere devotion, darśana, and worship at powerful tīrthas can yield results even when austerities are difficult—highlighting grace-centered bhakti.
The verse is primarily tīrtha-geography and mahatmya rather than a Vedāṅga lesson; practically, it points to dharma-śāstric practice of tīrtha-yātrā (pilgrimage) and choosing auspicious sacred locales for worship in Kali-yuga.
