आर्षं धर्मं ब्रुवाणो ऽहं देवयानि यथा त्वया शप्तुं नार्हो ऽस्मि कल्याणि कामतो ऽद्य च धर्मतः //

Transliteration

ārṣaṃ dharmaṃ bruvāṇo 'haṃ devayāni yathā tvayā śaptuṃ nārho 'smi kalyāṇi kāmato 'dya ca dharmataḥ //

Translation

ឱ ទេវយានី អ្នកមានសុភមង្គល! ខ្ញុំជាអ្នកនិយាយធម៌តាមរបៀបអារិស (របស់ព្រះឥសី) ដូច្នេះខ្ញុំមិនសមនឹងដាក់បណ្តាសាអ្នក ដូចដែលអ្នកបានដាក់បណ្តាសាខ្ញុំទេ—មិនមែនថ្ងៃនេះដោយចិត្តប្រាថ្នាផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន ហើយក៏មិនមែនដោយហេតុផលធម៌ដែរ។
