विष्णुं रवीणामधिपं वसूनाम् अग्निं च लोकाधिपतिश्चकार प्रजापतीनामधिपं च दक्षं चकार शक्रं मरुतामधीशम् //

ព្រះองค์បានតែងតាំង វិષ્ણុ ជាអធិបតីលើអាទិត្យៈ (ទេវតាព្រះអាទិត្យ) និងលើវសុទាំងឡាយ; បានធ្វើ អគ្គិ ជាព្រះអម្ចាស់នៃលោកទាំងឡាយ; បានធ្វើ ទក្សៈ ជាប្រធាននៃប្រជាបតិទាំងឡាយ; ហើយបានតែងតាំង សក្រៈ (ឥន្ទ្រ) ជាអធិបតីលើមរុតទាំងឡាយ។
