आपिबेयुस्तथा वायुं पिबेद्योगी जितश्रमः ।
प्राङ्नाभ्यां हृदये चात्र तृतीये च तथोरसि ॥
āpibeyus tathā vāyuṃ pibed yogī jitaśramaḥ / prāṅ-nābhyāṃ hṛdaye cātra tṛtīye ca tathorasi //
ដូច្នេះដែរ យោគីដែលបានឈ្នះភាពនឿយហត់ គួរ «ផឹក» ដង្ហើម។ (គួរតាំងវា) នៅតំបន់មុខផ្ចិត នៅក្នុងបេះដូង ហើយនៅទីបីនេះ ដូចគ្នានៅក្នុងទ្រូង។
