Adhyaya 27 — Madālasa’s Instruction to King Alarka: Royal Ethics, Self-Conquest, and Statecraft
प्रागात्मा मन्त्रिणश्चैव ततो भृत्या महीभृता ।
जेयाश्चानन्तरं पौराः विरुध्येत ततोऽरिभिः ॥
prāg ātmā mantriṇaś caiva tato bhṛtyā mahībhṛtā /
jeyāś cānantaraṃ paurā virudhyeta tato 'ribhiḥ
ដំបូង ព្រះមហាក្សត្រត្រូវឈ្នះខ្លួនឯងសិន បន្ទាប់មកឈ្នះមន្ត្រីរបស់ព្រះអង្គ; បន្ទាប់ទៀតឈ្នះអ្នកបម្រើ។ បន្ទាប់មក គួរនាំប្រជាពលរដ្ឋឲ្យស្ថិតក្រោមវិន័យត្រឹមត្រូវ; ទើបបន្ទាប់មកទើបគួរប្រឆាំងនឹងសត្រូវ។
