Adhyaya 16 — The Son’s Counsel on Renunciation and the Anasuya–Mandavya Episode: The Suspension of Sunrise and the Power of Pativrata
पितावाच वत्स योगं ममाचक्ष्व मुक्तिहेतुमतः परम् ।
येन भूतैः पुनर्भूतो नेदृगः खमवाप्नुयाम् ॥
pitā vāca vatsa yogaṃ mamācakṣva mukti-hetum ataḥ param |
yena bhūtaiḥ punar-bhūto nedṛgaḥ kham avāpnuyām ||
ឪពុកបាននិយាយថា៖ «កូនជាទីស្រឡាញ់អើយ សូមបង្រៀនខ្ញុំអំពីយោគៈនោះ ដែលជាមូលហេតុខ្ពស់បំផុតនៃមោក្ខៈ ដោយវា—បើខ្ញុំត្រូវកើតឡើងវិញក្នុងចំណោមសត្វ—ខ្ញុំនឹងមិនជួបវាសនាទុក្ខបែបនេះក្នុងមេឃ (នៃសំសារ) ទៀតឡើយ»។
