एकैकशश्लोघबलानिमान् पुरुषसत्तमान् | को<न्य: प्रतिसमासेत कालान्तकयमादृते
vaiśaṃpāyana uvāca |
ekaikaśaḥ śloka-balān imān puruṣa-sattamān |
ko 'nyaḥ prati-samāseta kālāntaka-yamād ṛte ||
dharmaputro mahābāhur vilalāpa suvistaram ||
វៃសម្បាយនៈបាននិយាយថា៖ «ក្នុងបងប្អូនរបស់ខ្ញុំទាំងនេះ—មនុស្សប្រសើរបំផុត—ម្នាក់ៗមានកម្លាំងលើសលប់។ តើមានអ្នកណាអាចឈរទល់នឹងពួកគេបាន លើកលែងតែយមរាជ—អ្នកបញ្ចប់ដែលពេលវេលាបានកំណត់?»។ ឃើញបងប្អូនដួលស្លាប់ ធម្មបុត្រ យុធិស្ឋិរ ដៃខ្លាំង បានលង់ចូលក្នុងទុក្ខសោក ហើយយំរំលែកយូរ។
