पास्यामि तावत् पानीयमिति पार्थो वृकोदर: । ततो<भ्यधावत् पानीयं पिपासु: पुरुषर्षभ:
pāsyāmi tāvat pānīyam iti pārtho vṛkodaraḥ | tato 'bhyadhāvat pānīyaṃ pipāsuḥ puruṣarṣabhaḥ ||
«ខ្ញុំនឹងស្វែងរកទឹកជាមុនសិន» បាននិយាយដោយប៉ាថ៌ (អរជុន) ទៅកាន់ វೃកោទរ (ភីម)។ បន្ទាប់មក បុរសឧត្តមនោះ ដែលត្រូវស្រេកទឹកបង្ខំ បានរត់ប្រញាប់ទៅរកទឹក—ហើយដូច្នេះ ការសាកល្បងធម៌បានចាប់ផ្តើម ដែលឆាប់ៗនេះនឹងទាមទារ ការអត់ធ្មត់ ការគោរព និងការស្តាប់តាមពាក្យណែនាំដ៏ត្រឹមត្រូវ ជំនួសឲ្យការប្រញាប់ប្រញាល់តាមតម្រូវការខ្លួន។
