Report of Draupadī’s Abduction and the Pāṇḍavas’ Pursuit
व्याभाषमाणाश्षान्योन्यं न मे जीवन् विमोक्ष्यसे । सर्वे शस्त्रास्त्रमोक्षेण पौरुषे समवस्थिता:
vyābhāṣamāṇāś cānyonyaṃ na me jīvan vimokṣyase | sarve śastrāstramokṣeṇa pauruṣe samavasthitāḥ ||
ពេលពួកគេហៅស្រែកឆ្លើយតបគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក គាត់បានប្រកាសថា៖ «អ្នកនឹងមិនអាចរួចផុតពីខ្ញុំដោយនៅរស់ឡើយ»។ ដោយពាក្យសច្ចានោះ ពួកគេទាំងអស់ឈរមាំក្នុងសេចក្តីក្លាហានរបស់បុរស យកចិត្តទុកដាក់ត្រៀមបញ្ចេញអាវុធ និងអាស្ត្រ—ពាក្យសម្តីលែងមានទីតាំង ទុកឲ្យច្បាប់រឹងមាំនៃសង្គ្រាម ដែលកិត្តិយស និងជីវិតត្រូវបានដាក់ភ្នាល់លើកម្លាំង។
