कृतयुगवर्णनम् तथा राजधर्मोपदेशः
Kṛtayuga Description and Instruction on Royal Dharma
धर्मिष्ठा: परिहीयन्ते पापीयान् वर्धते जन: । धर्मस्य बलहानि: स्यादधर्मश्ष बली तथा
dharmiṣṭhāḥ parihīyante pāpīyān vardhate janaḥ | dharmasya balahāniḥ syād adharmaś ca balī tathā ||
វៃសម្បាយនៈបានមានពាក្យថា៖ «អ្នកដែលស្មោះត្រង់ចំពោះធម៌ នឹងត្រូវបន្ថយ និងត្រូវគេមើលរំលង; ខណៈដែលមនុស្សមានបាបធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ នឹងរីកចម្រើន និងកើនឡើង។ កម្លាំងនៃធម៌នឹងថយចុះ ហើយអធម៌វិញ នឹងក្លាយជាមានអំណាច»។
