कृतयुगवर्णनम् तथा राजधर्मोपदेशः
Kṛtayuga Description and Instruction on Royal Dharma
यर्थर्तुवर्षी भगवान् न तथा पाकशासन: । न चापि सर्वबीजानि सम्यगू रोहन्ति भारत,भगवान् इन्द्र भी ठीक वर्षाऋतुके समय जलकी वर्षा नहीं करेंगे। भारत! भूमिमें बोये हुए सभी बीज ठीकसे नहीं जमेंगे
yathā ṛtuvarṣī bhagavān na tathā pākaśāsanaḥ | na cāpi sarvabījāni samyag urohanti bhārata ||
វៃសម្បាយនៈបានមានពាក្យថា៖ «ដូចព្រះអម្ចាស់ដ៏ប្រសើរដែលបញ្ជូនភ្លៀងឲ្យធ្លាក់តាមរដូវកាលដ៏សមគួរ ដូច្នោះផងដែរ បាកសាសនៈ (ព្រះឥន្ទ្រ) ក៏ត្រូវប្រព្រឹត្តឲ្យត្រឹមត្រូវ។ ប្រសិនបើព្រះឥន្ទ្រមិនបង្ហូរទឹកភ្លៀងនៅពេលគួរ ទេហើយ ឱ ភារតៈ សូម្បីគ្រាប់ពូជដែលបានសាបក្នុងដី ក៏មិនអាចដុះលូតលាស់បានល្អឡើយ»។
