Bhīṣma’s Appraisal of Kaurava Champions (भीष्मकृतः रथिनां गुणनिरूपणम्)
पितामहो हि कुशल: परेषामात्मनस्तथा | श्रोतुमिच्छाम्यहं सर्वे: सहैभिर्वसुधाधिपै:
pitāmaho hi kuśalaḥ pareṣām ātmanaḥ tathā | śrotum icchāmy ahaṃ sarvaiḥ sahaibhir vasudhādhipaiḥ ||
ទុរយោធនៈបាននិយាយថា៖ «ព្រះបិតាមហា ភីស្មៈ ពិតជាមានសមត្ថភាពពេញលេញ—គាត់ដឹងល្អអំពីកម្លាំងរបស់សត្រូវ និងរបស់យើងដូចគ្នា។ ដូច្នេះ ខ្ញុំចង់ស្តាប់វាពីអ្នក នៅមុខស្តេចទាំងអស់នេះ៖ ការរាយការណ៍ច្បាស់លាស់អំពីអ្នកប្រយុទ្ធលើរថ និងអតិរថៈ នៃទាំងពីរភាគី»។
