भीष्मस्य सेनापत्यप्रतिज्ञा तथा रथसंख्यावर्णनम् | Bhishma Accepts Command and Enumerates Kaurava Strength
अवश्यं च मया कार्य पूर्वेषां चरितं महत् । कर्ता चाहं तथा कर्म यथा नान्य: करिष्यति
avaśyaṃ ca mayā kāryaṃ pūrveṣāṃ caritaṃ mahat | kartā cāhaṃ tathā karma yathā nānyaḥ kariṣyati |
សញ្ជ័យបាននិយាយថា៖ «ខ្ញុំត្រូវតែអនុវត្តតាមគំរូអាកប្បកិរិយាដ៏អស្ចារ្យរបស់បុព្វបុរសខ្ញុំដោយមិនខាន។ ដូច្នេះ ខ្ញុំនឹងបង្ហាញវីរភាពក្នុងសមរភូមិ ដោយប្រព្រឹត្តកិច្ចការដែលមនុស្សដទៃមិនអាចធ្វើបាន។»
