वाचको भरतमश्रेष्ठ व्यक्ताक्षरपदस्वर: | भविष्यं श्रावयेद् विद्वान् भारतं भरतर्षभ
vācako bharataśreṣṭha vyaktākṣarapadasvaraḥ | bhaviṣyaṃ śrāvayed vidvān bhārataṃ bharatarṣabha ||
វៃសម្បាយនៈបានមានពាក្យថា៖ «ឱ អ្នកប្រសើរបំផុតក្នុងវង្សភារតៈ អ្នកបរិយាយគួរតែជាអ្នកប្រាជ្ញ មានការបញ្ចេញសំឡេងច្បាស់លាស់ទាំងអក្សរ ពាក្យ និងសូរសំឡេង។ ដូច្នេះហើយ គាត់គួរធ្វើឲ្យគេបានស្តាប់ “ភារតៈ” ឱ អ្នកដ៏ខ្លាំងក្នុងវង្សភារតៈ ហើយគួរអានផ្នែក “ភវិષ្យ” ផង (តាមប្រពៃណីហរិវಂស)»។
