ग्रामं ग्रामशताध्यक्षो भोक्तुमरहति सत्कृत: । महान्तं भरतश्रेष्ठ सुस्फीतं जनसंकुलम्
grāmaṁ grāmaśatādhyakṣo bhoktum arhati satkṛtaḥ | mahāntaṁ bharataśreṣṭha susphītaṁ janasaṅkulam ||
ភីष្មៈបានមានព្រះវាចា៖ មន្ត្រីដែលត្រូវបានតែងតាំងឲ្យគ្រប់គ្រងរយភូមិ គួរតែទទួលបានការគោរព និងការផ្គត់ផ្គង់យ៉ាងសមគួរ។ ឱ កូនចៅភরতដ៏ប្រសើរ គាត់គួរតែបានភូមិធំមួយ—សម្បូរបែប រីកចម្រើន និងមានប្រជាជនច្រើន។
