सुवर्णष्ठीविनोपाख्यानम्
The Account of Suvarṇaṣṭhīvin
ववृधे स यथाकालं सरसीव महोत्पलम् | बभूव काजञ्चनष्ठीवी यथार्थ नाम तस्य तत्
vavṛdhe sa yathākālaṃ sarasīva mahotpalam | babhūva kāñcanaṣṭhīvī yathārthaṃ nāma tasya tat ||
គាត់បានលូតលាស់តាមកាលសម័យ ដូចផ្កាឈូកធំមួយលូតក្នុងស្រះទឹក។ ព្រោះគាត់អាចស្តោះមាសចេញពីមាត់ ដូច្នេះគាត់ត្រូវបានគេហៅថា សុវណ្ណឋ្ឋីវី («អ្នកស្តោះមាស») ហើយឈ្មោះនោះសមនឹងការពិតយ៉ាងពេញលេញ។
