मोक्षोपाय-निर्णयः
Determination of the Means to Liberation
राजानो लोकयात्रार्थ तप्यन्ते परमं तप: । तेडपत्रपन्ति तादृग्भ्यस्तथावृत्ता भवन्ति च
rājāno lokayātrārthaṁ tapyante paramaṁ tapaḥ | te ḍapatrapanti tādṛgbhyas tathāvṛttā bhavanti ca ||
ហុមតសេនាបាននិយាយថា៖ «ព្រះមហាក្សត្រធ្វើតបៈដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់បំផុត ដើម្បីឲ្យដំណើររស់នៅរបស់លោកលោកីយ៍ប្រព្រឹត្តទៅដោយរបៀបរៀបរយ។ ព្រះអង្គមានអារម្មណ៍អៀនខ្មាស នៅពេលក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រមានចោរ និងអ្នកប្លន់; ដូច្នេះ ដោយប្រាថ្នាឲ្យប្រជារាស្ត្រស្អាតបរិសុទ្ធ មានសីលធម៌ល្អ និងសុខសាន្ត ព្រះអង្គក៏ប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តចូលរួមក្នុងការខិតខំវិន័យដូច្នោះ»។
