सर्ग: कालो धृतिर्वेदा: कर्ता कार्य क्रियाफलम् । एतत् ते कथितं तात यन्मां त्वं परिपृच्छसि
sargaḥ kālo dhṛtir vedāḥ kartā kārya-kriyā-phalam | etat te kathitaṃ tāta yan māṃ tvaṃ paripṛcchasi ||
ព្រះវិយាសៈមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «កូនជាទីស្រឡាញ់ អ្វីៗដែលកូនបានសួរខ្ញុំ ខ្ញុំបានពន្យល់ឲ្យកូនរួចហើយ ដូចតាមសំណួរនោះ គឺ ស័រគៈ (ការបង្កើត/ការបញ្ចេញ), កាលៈ (ពេលវេលា), ធ្រឹតិ (ការរក្សាទុកសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់ និងភាពមាំមួន), វេដៈ, កర్తា (អ្នកប្រព្រឹត្ត), ការយៈ (កិច្ចដែលត្រូវធ្វើ), និង ក្រិយាផល (ផលនៃកម្ម)»។
