Dasyu-maryādā and Buddhi-guided Rāja-nīti (दस्युमर्यादा तथा बुद्धिप्रधान-राजनीति)
सर्वस्य दयिता: प्राणा: सर्वस्य दयिता: सुता: । दुःखादुद्धिजते सर्व: सर्वस्य सुखमीप्सितम्
sarvasya dayitāḥ prāṇāḥ sarvasya dayitāḥ sutāḥ | duḥkhād udvijate sarvaḥ sarvasya sukham īpsitam ||
ព្រះព្រហ្មទត្តបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «សម្រាប់មនុស្សទាំងអស់ ដង្ហើមជីវិតរបស់ខ្លួនជាទីស្រឡាញ់; សម្រាប់មនុស្សទាំងអស់ កូនប្រុសរបស់ខ្លួនជាទីស្រឡាញ់។ មនុស្សទាំងអស់រអាក់រអួលពេលប្រឈមទុក្ខវេទនា ហើយសម្រាប់មនុស្សទាំងអស់ ការទទួលបានសុខគឺជាអ្វីដែលប្រាថ្នា»។
