Apaddharma Determination: Dialogue of Viśvāmitra and the Śvapaca
लोमशको अपना काम बनानेकी जल्दी लगी हुई थी; अतः वह भलीभाँति विनयपूर्ण बर्ताव करता हुआ विलम्ब करनेवाले चूहेसे इस प्रकार कहने लगा-- ।।
na hovaṁ mitrakāryāṇi prītyā kurvanti sādhavaḥ | yathā tvāṁ mokṣitaḥ kṛcchrāt tvaramāṇena vai mayā ||
ភីṣ្មៈបានមានព្រះវាចា៖ «មនុស្សល្អមិនធ្វើកិច្ចការរបស់មិត្តដោយគ្មានក្តីស្រឡាញ់ និងសេចក្តីរីករាយដូចនេះទេ។ ខ្ញុំបានប្រញាប់ប្រញាល់សង្គ្រោះអ្នកចេញពីទុក្ខលំបាកភ្លាមៗ; អ្នកកុំយឺតយ៉ាវ នៅពេលដែលដល់វេលាត្រូវធ្វើកិច្ចការសម្រាប់មិត្ត»។
