आपद्धर्मे कोशबलन्यायः | Treasury, Force, and Crisis-Ethics for the King
मुनिर्वाच महर्षिभ्भगवांस्तेन पूर्वमासीद् विमानित: । बालिशां बुद्धिमास्थाय मन्दभाग्यतया55त्मन:
munir uvāca maharṣir bhagavāṁs tena pūrvam āsīd vimānitaḥ | bāliśāṁ buddhim āsthāya mandabhāgyatayātmanaḥ ||
មុនីបានមានព្រះវាចា៖ «កាលពីមុន មហាឫសីដ៏គួរគោរពនោះ ត្រូវបានមនុស្សមើលងាយ។ ដោយសារសំណាងអាក្រក់របស់ខ្លួន គាត់បានយកបញ្ញារបស់អ្នកល្ងង់ជាគោល—បន្ទាបខ្លួនទៅតាមកម្រិតពួកគេ—ហើយដោយហេតុនោះទើបត្រូវគេមើលស្រាល»។
