Śīla-prāpti and Śīla-lakṣaṇa (शीलप्राप्ति-शीललक्षणम्) | On the Acquisition and Marks of Character
प्रसादयेन्मधुरया वाचा वाप्यथ कर्मणा । तवास्मीति ददेन्नित्यं परेषां कीर्तयन् गुणान्
prasādayen madhurayā vācā vāpy atha karmaṇā | tavāsmīti daden nityaṁ pareṣāṁ kīrtayan guṇān |
កាមន្ទកៈបានមានពាក្យថា៖ «មនុស្សគួរតែឈ្នះចិត្តអ្នកដទៃ ដោយពាក្យផ្អែមល្ហែម ឬដោយអំពើល្អប្រសើរ។ គួរតែផ្តល់ការធានាជានិច្ចថា ‘ខ្ញុំជារបស់អ្នក’ ហើយសរសើរគុណលក្ខណៈល្អរបស់អ្នកដទៃ»។
