Gaṇānāṃ Vṛttiḥ — On the Sustenance and Cohesion of Assemblies

Gaṇa-nīti

विजिगीषोस्तथा वृत्तमुक्त चैव तथैव ते । गणानां वृत्तिमिच्छामि श्रोतुं मतिमतां वर

vijigīṣos tathā vṛttam uktaṃ caiva tathaiva te | gaṇānāṃ vṛttim icchāmi śrotuṃ matimatāṃ vara ||

យុធិષ્ઠិរៈបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «ព្រះអង្គបានពណ៌នាឲ្យខ្ញុំរួចហើយអំពីអាកប្បកិរិយារបស់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រដែលប្រាថ្នាជ័យជំនះដោយការឈ្នះសង្គ្រាម។ ឥឡូវនេះ ឱ អ្នកប្រាជ្ញល្អឥតខ្ចោះ ខ្ញុំប្រាថ្នាស្តាប់អំពីអាកប្បកិរិយា និងរបៀបរស់នៅរបស់ “គណៈ” (gaṇa)—រដ្ឋដែលគ្រប់គ្រងដោយសភា—ដើម្បីឲ្យយល់ច្បាស់ពីរបៀបរៀបចំទាំងសីលធម៌ និងការអនុវត្តរបស់ពួកគេ»។
