Gaṇa-nīti
गोत्रस्य नाशं कुर्वन्ति गणभेदस्य कारकम् । कुलोंमें जो कलह होते हैं, उनकी यदि कुलके वृद्ध पुरुषोंने उपेक्षा कर दी तो वे कलह गणोंमें फ़ूट डालकर समस्त कुलका नाश कर डालते हैं
gotrasya nāśaṁ kurvanti gaṇabhedasya kārakam |
ភីෂ្មៈបានមានព្រះវាចា៖ «អ្នកណាដែលក្លាយជាមូលហេតុនៃការបែកបាក់ជាក្រុម នោះនាំមកនូវវិនាសនៃវង្សត្រកូល។ ពេលមានជម្លោះកើតឡើងក្នុងគ្រួសារ ហើយអ្នកចាស់ទុំមិនយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ ជម្លោះនោះនឹងបំបែកក្រុមក្នុងត្រកូល ហើយចុងក្រោយបំផ្លាញខ្សែវង្សទាំងមូល»
