Educational Q&A

The verse highlights an ideal of royal space that is balanced and mind-uplifting—neither harsh nor indulgent—suggesting that power and prosperity, when harmonized and well-ordered, can create an environment that supports clarity, joy, and civilized conduct.

Nārada is describing the extraordinary assembly-hall (sabhā) in vivid sensory terms—its sun-like radiance, its wondrous adaptability, and its perfectly temperate comfort—emphasizing its marvel and the grandeur associated with the court.
