सभा-पर्यवसान-प्रस्थानवचनम् | Counsel at the Point of Departure
भीष्म उवाच उक्तवानस्मि कल्याणि धर्मस्य परमा गति: । लोके न शक््यते ज्ञातुमपि विज्ञैर्महात्मभि:
bhīṣma uvāca: uktavān asmi kalyāṇi dharmasya paramā gatiḥ | loke na śakyate jñātum api vijñair mahātmabhiḥ ||
ភីष្មបាននិយាយ៖ «នារីដ៏ប្រសើរ! ខ្ញុំបាននិយាយរួចហើយថា ដំណើររបស់ធម៌មានភាពល្អិតល្អន់យ៉ាងខ្លាំង។ ក្នុងលោកនេះ មិនអាចដឹងឲ្យពេញលេញបានទេ—សូម្បីតែអ្នកប្រាជ្ញ និងមហាត្មាធំៗក៏ដោយ»
