Nārada’s Examination of Royal Ethics
कच्चिद्धष्टश्न श्रश्व मतिमान् धृतिमाञछुचि: । कुलीनश्चानुरक्तश्व दक्ष: सेनापतिस्तथा
kaccid dhṛṣṭaś ca śūraś ca matimān dhṛtimāñ śuciḥ | kulīnaś cānuraktaś ca dakṣaḥ senāpatis tathā ||
នារ៉ទៈ សួរថា៖ «តើមេបញ្ជាការកងទ័ពរបស់ព្រះអង្គ ក្លាហាន និងវីរភាព—មានប្រាជ្ញា មាំមួន និងបរិសុទ្ធក្នុងអាកប្បកិរិយា; មានវង្សត្រកូលខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ស្មោះត្រង់ចំពោះម្ចាស់ និងមានជំនាញក្នុងភារកិច្ចនៃការបញ្ជាការឬ?»
