Nārada’s Examination of Royal Ethics
कुलीनाश्षानुरक्ताश्न कृतास्ते वीर मन्त्रिण: | विजयो मन्त्रमूलो हि राज्ञो भवति भारत
kulīnāś cānuraktāś ca kṛtās te vīra mantriṇaḥ | vijayo mantramūlo hi rājño bhavati bhārata |
នារ៉ទៈ បានមានព្រះវាចា៖ «ឱ វីរបុរស! តើអ្នកបានតែងតាំងជាមន្ត្រី នូវបុរសមានកំណើតខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ និងស្មោះត្រង់ដោយសេចក្តីស្រឡាញ់ចំពោះអ្នក—ជាអ្នកចាស់ទុំដែលគួរជឿទុកចិត្ត ចិត្តបរិសុទ្ធ និងអាចពន្យល់រឿងរ៉ាវឲ្យច្បាស់លាស់—ឬទេ? ព្រោះឱ ភារតៈ! ជ័យជម្នះរបស់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ មានឫសគល់នៅក្នុងដំបូន្មានល្អ និងការរក្សាដំបូន្មាននោះឲ្យសម្ងាត់; មន្ត្រីមានសមត្ថភាពគឺជាមូលដ្ឋាននៃសេចក្តីជោគជ័យនេះ។»
