द्रोणपर्व — अध्याय २७: सुशर्माह्वानम्, अर्जुनस्य प्रतिनिवर्तनम्, भगदत्तेन गजप्रहारः
दीर्यमाणां चमूं दृष्टवा भगदत्तेन मारिष । आहूयमानस्य च तैरभवद्धृदयं द्विधा,आर्य! राजा भगदत्तके द्वारा अपनी सेनाको विदीर्ण होती देखकर तथा पीछेसे संशप्तकोंकी ललकार सुनकर उनका हृदय दुविधामें पड़ गया
sañjaya uvāca |
dīryamāṇāṃ camūṃ dṛṣṭvā bhagadattena māriṣa |
āhūyamānasya ca tair abhavad hṛdayaṃ dvidhā ||
សញ្ជ័យបាននិយាយថា៖ «ឱ មហាបុរស! ព្រះរាជា (អర్జុន) ឃើញកងទ័ពរបស់ខ្លួនកំពុងត្រូវភគទត្តបំបែកបំផ្លាញ ហើយបានឮសំសប្តកាសហៅលលាកពីខាងក្រោយ ដូច្នេះព្រះហឫទ័យរបស់ព្រះអង្គក៏ក្លាយជាពីរផ្លូវ—ស្ទាក់ស្ទើរ។»
