Daiva–Puruṣakāra Discourse and the Elephant-Corps Engagement (भीमगजानीक-सम्भ्रान्ति)
शितैरवाकिरद् बाणै: कलिड्डानां वरूथिनीम् । कालिड्रस्तु महेष्वास: पुत्रश्नास्य महारथ:
śitair avākirad bāṇaiḥ kaliḍḍānāṃ varūthinīm | kāliḍras tu maheṣvāsaḥ putraśnāsya mahārathaḥ ||
សញ្ជ័យបាននិយាយ៖ ដោយព្រួញមុតស្រួច គាត់បានបាញ់រំភើបដូចភ្លៀង គ្របដណ្ដប់លើក្បួនយុទ្ធនៃកាលិឌ្ឌា។ តែកាលិឌ្រា—អ្នកបាញ់ធ្នូមហាក្លាហាន ជាមហារថីដ៏លេចធ្លោ និងជាកូនប្រុសរបស់ពុត្រស្នា—បានឈរមាំមួនទទួលការវាយប្រហារនោះ បង្ហាញថា ក្នុងភាពចលាចលនៃសង្គ្រាម កិត្តិយសនៃវិន័យ និងកាតព្វកិច្ចត្រូវបានសាកល្បងក្រោមភ្លៀងអាវុធ។
