इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत भीष्मपर्वके अन्तर्गत भीष्मवधपर्वमें दुर्योधनके प्रति भीष्यका कथनविषयक एक सौ इक््कीसवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ
iti prakāraṁ śrīmahābhārate bhīṣmaparvake antargataṁ bhīṣmavadhaparvaṇi duryodhanaṁ prati bhīṣmasya kathana-viṣayaka ekaśataikaviṁśatitam adhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ
ដូច្នេះ ចប់ហើយជំពូកទីមួយរយម្ភៃមួយ នៃ «ភីෂ្មបរវ» ក្នុង «ស្រីមហាភារត» ដែលស្ថិតនៅក្នុងផ្នែកអំពីការសម្លាប់ភីષ្មៈ ជំពូកដែលពិពណ៌នាព្រះបិតាមហា (ភីષ្មៈ) ថ្លែងទៅកាន់ទុរយោធនៈ។ ពាក្យបិទនេះជាសញ្ញានៃការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ៖ រឿងរ៉ាវឈប់សម្រាក ដើម្បីសម្គាល់ការបញ្ចប់មួយឯកតា ដែលក្នុងនោះ ការណែនាំ ធម៌ និងទម្ងន់សីលធម៌នៃសង្គ្រាម ត្រូវបានបង្ហាញតាមពាក្យរបស់ភីષ្មៈចំពោះស្តេចកៅរវ។
