Marutta’s Sacrifice and Agni’s Embassy (मरुत्त-यज्ञे दूतत्वम्)
मरुत्त उवाच कच्चिच्छीमान् देवराज: सुखी च कच्चिच्चास्मान् प्रीयते धूमकेतो । कच्चिद्दवेवा अस्य वशे यथावत् प्रब्रृहि त्वं मम कार्त्स्न्येन देव
Marutta uvāca: kaccic chrīmān devarājaḥ sukhī ca kaccic cāsmān prīyate dhūmaketo | kaccid devā asya vaśe yathāvat prabrūhi tvaṁ mama kārtsnyena deva ||
មរុត្តបាននិយាយថា៖ «តើព្រះរាជាដ៏រុងរឿង នៃទេវរាជទាំងឡាយ សុខសាន្តល្អមែនទេ? ឱ ធូមកេតុ! តើព្រះអង្គពេញព្រះហឫទ័យចំពោះយើងឬ? ហើយតើទេវតាទាំងអស់ស្ថិតក្រោមព្រះបញ្ជារបស់ព្រះអង្គដោយសមរម្យឬ? ឱ ព្រះទេវ! សូមប្រាប់ខ្ញុំឲ្យបានពេញលេញ និងត្រឹមត្រូវ»។
