व्यास उवाच स तथेति प्रतिश्रुत्य पूजयित्वा च नारदम् | अभ्यनुज्ञाय राजर्षिययौ वाराणसीं पुरीम्
vyāsa uvāca sa tatheti pratiśrutya pūjayitvā ca nāradam | abhyanugñāya rājarṣir yayau vārāṇasīṃ purīm ||
វ្យាសៈ បាននិយាយថា៖ ព្រះរាជឥសី មរុត្តៈ បានស្តាប់ហើយយល់ព្រមថា «ដូច្នោះហើយ»។ គាត់បានគោរពបូជានារទៈ ដោយសក្ការៈសមគួរ សុំអនុញ្ញាតលាចេញ ហើយចេញដំណើរទៅកាន់ទីក្រុង វារាណសី។
