यस्मिंस्ते कुण्डले बद्धे तदा द्विजवरेण वै । उस समय उनकी दृष्टि बेलोंपर ही लगी हुई थी (वे कहाँ गिरते हैं
yasmiṁs te kuṇḍale baddhe tadā dvijavareṇa vai |
វៃសម្បាយនៈបាននិយាយថា៖ «នៅពេលនោះ ព្រាហ្មណ៍ដ៏ប្រសើរនោះបានចងក្រវិលទាំងពីរនោះលើស្បែកក្តាន់។ ភ្នែករបស់គាត់ផ្តោតតែទៅលើវល្លិ; គាត់មិនបានប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នថាវល្លិដែលកាត់នោះធ្លាក់ទីណាទេ។ ដូច្នេះ វល្លិដែលគាត់កាត់បានភាគច្រើន បានធ្លាក់លើស្បែកក្តាន់នោះឯង ដែលក្រវិលទាំងពីរត្រូវបានចងទុក»។
