2: सं > यह कथन युधिष्ठिरको सान्त्वना देनेके लिये गौणरूपमें इस दृष्टिसे है कि मरनेवालोंकी मृत्यु उनके प्रारब्ध-कर्मानुसार अवश्यम्भावी थी; अत: यह जो कुछ हुआ है
yudhiṣṭhira uvāca | śuśrūṣe tasya dharmajña rājarṣeḥ parikīrtanam | daipāyana maruttasya kathāṃ prabrūhi me 'nagha ||
យុធិષ્ઠិរ បានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «ឱ អ្នកដឹងធម៌! ខ្ញុំប្រាថ្នាស្តាប់រឿងរ៉ាវដ៏ល្បីល្បាញនៃរាជឥសីនោះ។ ឱ ទ្វೈបាយនៈ អ្នកគ្មានបាប សូមប្រាប់ខ្ញុំអំពីរឿងរបស់មរុត្ត»។
