Go-mahātmyam: Pavitrāṇāṃ Pavitraṃ
Cows and Ghee as Supreme Purifiers
तासाममृतवर्णानां क्षरन्तीनां समन्ततः । बभूवामृतज: फेन: स्रवन्तीनामिवोर्मिज:
tāsām amṛta-varṇānāṁ kṣarantīnāṁ samantataḥ | babhūvāmṛta-jaḥ phenaḥ sravantīnām ivormijaḥ ||
ភីṣ្មៈបាននិយាយថា៖ «ពីគោទាំងនោះ ដែលមានពណ៌ភ្លឺរលោងដូចអម្រឹត (ដូចមាស) ទឹកដោះបានហូរចេញទៅគ្រប់ទិស។ ពីទឹកដោះដែលហូរនោះ ក៏មានពពុះកើតឡើង—ដូចពពុះដែលកើតពីរលកនៃទន្លេ។»
