गोप्रदानगुणाः तथा कपिलागोविधानम्
Merits of Cow-Gift and the Origin-Account of Kapilā Cows
तत्र सर्वसहा: क्षान्ता वत्सला गुरुवर्तिन: । अहंकारैरविरहिता यान्ति शक्र नरोत्तमा:
tatra sarvasahāḥ kṣāntā vatsalā guruvartinaḥ | ahaṃkārair avirahītā yānti śakra narottamāḥ || indra!
ភីṣ្មៈបានមានព្រះវាចា៖ «ឱ សក្រក (ឥន្ទ្រ)! នៅក្នុងអាណាចក្រនោះ មានតែបុរសល្អឥតខ្ចោះបំផុតប៉ុណ្ណោះដែលបានទៅដល់—អ្នកដែលអាចទ្រាំទ្រការលំបាកទាំងអស់ មានអត់ធ្មត់ និងអភ័យទោស មានមេត្តាករុណាទន់ភ្លន់ រស់នៅក្រោមការបង្គាប់បញ្ជារបស់មាតាបិតា គ្រូ និងអ្នកចាស់ទុំ ហើយគ្មានអហង្ហារ។ គុណធម៌ទាំងនេះ—not អំណាច ឬឋានៈ—ជាសញ្ញារបស់អ្នកសមស្របសម្រាប់លោកខ្ពស់នោះ»។
