Karma-Phala Rahasya and the Ethics of Dāna (कर्मफल-रहस्यं दानधर्मश्च)
अचोटद्यमानानि यथा पुष्पाणि च फलानि च । स्वकाल नातिवर्तन्ते तथा कर्म पुरा कृतम्
acoṭadyamānāni yathā puṣpāṇi ca phalāni ca | svakālaṃ nātivartante tathā karma purā kṛtam ||
ភីෂ្មៈបានមានព្រះវាចា៖ «ដូចផ្កា និងផ្លែ ទោះគ្មានអ្នកជំរុញក៏ដោយ មិនលើសពេលវេលាដែលកំណត់ទេ តែរីក និងទុំតាមកាលសមរម្យ ដូច្នោះដែរ កម្មដែលបានធ្វើមុន នឹងឲ្យផលនៅពេលវេលារបស់វា»។
