Nakṣatra-yoga-anusāreṇa Dāna-vidhiḥ
Gifts prescribed according to lunar mansions and yogas
तपसा दीप्यमानास्ते दहेयु: पृथिवीमपि । अपूज्यमाना: कौरव्य पूजाहस्तु तथाविधा:
tapasā dīpyamānās te daheyuḥ pṛthivīm api | apūjyamānāḥ kauravya pūjyās tu tathāvidhāḥ kuru-nandana ||
ភីស្មាបានមានព្រះវាចា៖ ឱ កៅរាវ្យា—កូនចៅកុរុ! ព្រះព្រាហ្មណ៍ទាំងនោះ ដែលភ្លឺចែងចាំងដោយអំណាចតបស្យា ប្រសិនបើមិនត្រូវបានគោរពបូជា ហើយបើពួកគេចង់ ពួកគេអាចដុតបំផ្លាញសូម្បីតែផែនដីទាំងមូលឲ្យក្លាយជាផេះ។ ដូច្នេះ ព្រះព្រាហ្មណ៍បែបនោះ គួរត្រូវបានបូជាគោរពជានិច្ច។
