गावो लक्ष्म्या: सदा मूलं गोषु पाप्मा न विद्यते । अन्नमेव सदा गावो देवानां परमं हवि:

Transliteration

gāvo lakṣmyāḥ sadā mūlaṃ goṣu pāpmā na vidyate | annam eva sadā gāvo devānāṃ paramaṃ haviḥ ||

Translation

ច្យវណៈបាននិយាយថា៖ «គោគឺជាមូលដ្ឋាននៃសេចក្តីរុងរឿង (លក្ខ្មី) ជានិច្ច។ ក្នុងគោមិនមានស្នាមបាបសូម្បីតែបន្តិច។ ពិតប្រាកដណាស់ គោផ្តល់អាហារដល់ជីវិតមនុស្សជានិច្ច ហើយសម្រាប់ទេវតា គោជាហាវិស្យ (បូជាអាហារ) ដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់បំផុត»។
