ब्राह्मणपूजा-राजधर्मः | Royal Duty of Honoring Learned Brahmins
ऋग्गवेदे वर्तते चाग्रया श्रुतिर्यस्थ महात्मन:
ṛgvede vartate cāgrayā śrutir yatra mahātmanaḥ |
ភីष្មៈបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «ក្នុងឥគ្វេទៈ មានស្រ៊ុតិដ៏លេចធ្លោ និងជាស្រ៊ុតិដំបូង ដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងមហាត្មៈនោះ។ ឱ ព្រះរាជា! នៅទីនោះ ព្រហ្មណ៍ទាំងឡាយគោរពគ្រឹត្សមដៈ អ្នកឃើញ (ṛṣi) យ៉ាងខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់; ព្រហ្មឫសិ គ្រឹត្សមដៈ មានតេជៈវិញ្ញាណភ្លឺចែងចាំង និងឈរជាប់ក្នុងវ្រតៈព្រហ្មចារី»។
