Mataṅga–Śakra Dialogue on Tapas, Status, and Moral Qualities
शिलवृत्ति: कथान्ते तु सिद्धमामन्त्रय यत्नत: । प्रश्न॑ पप्रच्छ मेधावी यन्मां त्वं परिपृच्छसि
śilavṛttiḥ kathānte tu siddham āmantraya yatnataḥ | praśnaṃ papraccha medhāvī yan māṃ tvaṃ paripṛcchasi ||
ភីෂ្មៈបានមានព្រះវាចា៖ ពេលសន្ទនានោះដល់ទីបញ្ចប់ ព្រះព្រាហ្មណ៍គ្រួសារបុរសដ៏ប្រាជ្ញា អ្នករស់ដោយការរើសសំណល់ស្រូវ (ជីវិតបែបសិលវ្រឹត្តិ) បានអញ្ជើញសិទ្ធៈដោយប្រុងប្រយ័ត្ន ហើយសួរព្រះអង្គនូវសំណួរដដែល—សំណួរដែលឥឡូវនេះ អ្នកកំពុងសួរខ្ញុំ។
