मेने दिविष्ठमात्मानं तुष्टया परमया युत:ः । शुद्ध अन्तःकरणवाले उन ऋषि-मुनियोंकी बातें सुनकर भीष्मजी बहुत संतुष्ट हुए और अपनेको स्वर्गमें ही स्थित मानने लगे
Vaiśaṃpāyana uvāca: mene divi-stham ātmānaṃ tuṣṭyā paramayā yutaḥ.
វៃសម្បាយនៈបាននិយាយ៖ ដោយពោរពេញដោយសេចក្តីសុខសាន្តដ៏អតិបរមា ពីស្មៈបានគិតថា ខ្លួនដូចជាស្ថិតនៅសួគ៌រួចហើយ។ ពេលបានស្តាប់ពាក្យសម្តីដ៏បរិសុទ្ធពីក្នុងចិត្តរបស់ព្រះឥសីមុនីទាំងនោះ គាត់ក៏រីករាយពេញចិត្តយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅ។
