Tīrtha-vaṃśa Upadeśa: Instruction on the Fruits of Sacred Waters
अकल्ककस्य विप्रस्य रौक्ष्यात् करकृतात्मन: । वटवो यस्य भिक्षन्ति तेभ्यो दत्त महाफलम्
akalkakasya viprasya raukṣyāt karakṛtātmanaḥ | vaṭavo yasya bhikṣanti tebhyo dattaṃ mahāphalam ||
ភីෂ្មៈបានមានព្រះវាចា៖ ពេលព្រាហ្មណ៍ម្នាក់មានចិត្តសុចរិត គ្មានល្បិចកល ត្រូវភាពក្រីក្រខ្លាំងធ្វើឲ្យជីវិតរឹងមាំ ហើយទើបបានអាហារតិចតួចមកដល់ដៃ កូនៗដែលឃ្លានរបស់គាត់ក៏សុំភ្លាមៗថា «ឲ្យខ្ញុំ ឲ្យខ្ញុំ»—ទានដែលឲ្យដល់ព្រាហ្មណ៍នោះ និងកូនៗនោះ បង្កើតផលបុណ្យធំធេង។
