अहिंसयित्वा ब्रह्महत्याविधानम् / Brahmahatyā incurred without physical violence
गामश्चृ वित्तमन्नं वा तद्विधे प्रतिपादयेत् । द्रव्याणि चान्यानि तथा प्रेत्यभावे न शोचति
gām aśvaṁ vittam annaṁ vā tadvidhe pratipādayet | dravyāṇi cānyāni tathā pretyabhāve na śocati ||
ភីෂ្មៈបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ គួរផ្តល់គោ សេះ ទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិ អាហារ និងវត្ថុផ្សេងៗទៀត ដល់អ្នកទទួលដែលសមគួរ។ ការបរិច្ចាគដោយដឹងទីតាំងដូចនេះ ធ្វើឲ្យអ្នកឧបត្ថម្ភមិនសោកស្តាយក្រោយស្លាប់ឡើយ ហើយក្លាយជាគ្រឿងការពារពីការស្តាយក្រោយ និងជាការបញ្ជាក់នៃធម៌។
